Question Acer Aspire V3-572 function and numpad numbers not working

A couple of the function keys work (f1, f2, f4 and f8), numpad partially works (can scroll back and forth in text and up/down pages) but the numbers wont work, neither will some other keys (no right side windows key exists).

Attempted fixes:

• reinstalled keyboard driver
• amended regedit keyboard value to 1
• updates synaptics
• updated and checked bios (doesnt have any option to change what the Fn key does)
• pressed Fn with all the function buttons
• re-adjusted the ribbon cable

now absolutely lost of what to do

external keyboard works fine, just seems to be the laptop keyboard

you can try cleaning it.
if you work on the laptop before, check the connection.
or take it to a shop
