Hello,
i recently had my hard drive replaced in my acer and now i am missing an entire part of my comptuter programs it was the part where you toucvh the screen and there is games and camera and other programs how do i get them insalled in my computer, i am also missing windows templates for word and calenders etc. how do i get that back as well?

Did your old drive fail, or did you just need a larger drive?

In other words, why didn't you copy your entire old drive to your new one?

What do you mean about missing templates? They should be there when you install MS Office. If you downloaded ones that were not standard in Office, you just need to get them again from the same place.
