Acer Asprie E15 Black Screen

The laptop comes on competely fine up until the log in details page. Once I log in all I see is a black screen. It was working fine yesterday and no accidents have happened for this to happen all of a sudden! The laptop is only 6 weeks old so does anyonebhave any suggestions?? Also, I cannoy remove the battery due to it being one of the newest laptops!

My suggestion is to call place where you bought it. Since it's new, things like this shouldn't happen.
Additional question, have you tried typing anything? Mouse? Keyboard? Enter? Space?
