You have two options you can try. If it is a bios password. Remove the battery on the motherboard and reset the bios. If it is a windows password, boot into safe mode, log in as administrator, change your password. If it is some kind of Acer security password, you can try to hunt down some password crackers on the net. If it's a hard drive password, you will have to contact Acer more than likely.
