Acer E15 laptop black screen

I recently tried resetting my laptop and thought it had turned it self of when it got to 15% I tried to turn it back on but within doing so my screen went black.

Can see some images if there is a white application open but otherwise have to use a torch above the laptop and look very closely to be able to see anything.

Plugged the laptop into the TV and can see the screen my mouse has stooped working on the laptop, used the reset button on the bottom of the laptop but then the laptop didn't want to turn on at all tried everything to resolve the problem and get my screen brightness back but nothing has worked so far.

Can't get to my battery to take that out of the laptop either is there any advice please would really appreciate the help.

At this point I would either leave with a tech guy at a laptop shop or have a tech savvy friend have it checked out.
