Acer laptop keys not working did restore how do to reboot

My keys are not working so I did a factory restore now. It says reboot but my arrow or keys are not working

Hi,

In your case there's only little you can do. 1. Connect an external keyboard reboot your laptop and see if it will work. 2. Reseat the ribbon cable that connects the keyboard to the motherboard. Lastly, consider replacing the keyboard itself already if these 2 troubleshooting steps will not work.
