Acer Laptop Questions

Okay. So, I have been looking at one Acer for some moderate gaming, and schoolwork. It is $509.99 on newegg. Here are the specs:

i5 dual core 2.2 ghz
8gb ram (I will upgrade to 16)
Geforce GTX 940m 4gb
1Tb (I will upgrade to sshd)
15.6" 1920x1080 screen

So, I have a few questions:

Is it okay for playing games like Team Fortress 2, Unturned, Star Wars Battlefront 3, Overwatch, and The Crew (they can be low settings if needed, please notify me about that) decently?

Is the processor upgradeable?

Could I use it to Skype, play a game, and record at the same time (with upgraded specs)?

The extra ram is probably not going to help. You're pretty much on minimum on some of the higher games so don't expect to be multitasking while playing those games. Cpu is not upgradable. None of the U cpus are.
