Acer laptop stuck when resetting.

I have an Acer aspire one cloudbook 14 and it started acting up closing every program I tried to start so I decided to factory reset it and now it's been stuck between 66%-86% keeps going off and on. Been doing it for 2 days now and still hasn't finished. Anything I can do??

Try installing windows using a usb.
