Acer laptop unresponsive

My Acer laptop will not reboot, I press the power button and it just goes into hibernation mode.
The keyboard isn't responding and neither is the touch pad.
 
Solution
Do you also see the offer of Accessibilty options beside the power icon? If so, click on that and select the OnScreen Keyboard option.

Use that to navigate to c:\windows\system32 and find the file cmd.exe. Right click on it and select RunAs Administrator. At the command form, type
powercfg hibernate off
and hit the Enter key.

The OnScreen Keyboard is hard work but it's the only way in I can think of at this moment.
