For the past couple weeks, my Nitro 5 has been emitting scratchy audio, sometimes with static that gets louder as I turn the volume up. Even at lower volumes, the scratching is very noticeable and distracting so I can't listen to music or anything while I work or play. The only thing that solves it is either using a USB headset or reinstalling the drivers through "Troubleshoot Sound Problems" but that never yields a permanent solution; the issue returns within the day, usually after turning the laptop on and then off again. Turning off Dolby Audio Enhancements doesn't solve the issue, and I've restarted the laptop and like I mentioned that only reverts any fix. I do carry the laptop around with me in my backpack, and while I'm fairly careful with it and it never sustains any major impacts or bumps, could carrying it around on a daily basis be a root of this problem? Do I need to take this back into the shop to get it fixed or is there still a permanent solution I can turn to?
Thanks
