Question Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-55 (2022) screen won’t turn on

Screen shows up on an external monitor but will not show up on laptop itself. Everything works as normal, backlight and sound also works. An important point is that the laptop (on Windows 11 currently) does not recognize its own internal display, only the external display. Using the display detection feature did not work as well.
