Acer R3-471T screen suddenly went pitch black while it was on. Plugging another monitor in won't fix the issue, it just says no signal. I've tried booting it in crisis mode with a usb to reset the BIOS (downloaded from the official site), but it does nothing even if I leave it alone for hours. It does turn on, the power light is on and you can hear the fan. I am out of options, can anyone help?
Note: when I turn it on, the screen turns from blank to pitch black, so it seems that it isn't a hardware issue
