Acer V3-571G: Not charging with AC in, then runs without battery in

Tried turning on with normal charger
The charging light didn't come on
Took out the battery, still didn't turn on

Changed AC and it did turn on however the battery and lightbulb light was flashing
I took battery out and the laptop turned off
Turned on the laptop without battery in and it turns on, but as soon as I put the battery in it reverts back to low battery /flashing lights - when I take that battery out the computer then turns off.

Can someone please tell me what's going on, what is recommended?


UPDATE: the battery will charge if the computer is turned off

i guess there is some problem with your laptop motherboard
