Acronis 2015 Windows 10

I've been using Acronis TrueImage 2015 for a couple years now to keep my hard drive backed up when I had Windows 7 but now that I've upgraded to Windows 10 it crashes on startup even though I uninstalled it and downloaded the windows 10 updated version from Acronis's site. When it crashed it doesn't give me any reason but when I pull up the event viewer this is what it says, but I'm not 100% sure how to read this.

Update: The Acronis Forum had me run SFC /Scannow but it found no issues and I am still getting the same error.

I did but my support period has ended and I don't know how quickly they respond in their forums, I do know I usually get pretty quick responses here so I wanted to ask here as well.
