I have Spyware Terminator installed for my real time protection and periodically run Super Antispyware or Ad-aware (free version). When Ad-aware updated, it boasted real tiemprotection (which I'm not sure I have running)
Anyone have experience with both and can offer an opinion as to which works well and is less memory footprint and less intrusive?
Thanks!

Spyware Terminator offers real time protrection and is fairly light on resources.

I used to use Ad-aware, but when they changed to the 2008 version I promptly got rid of it. It really turned into a resource hog and tried to sell itself.

I still use SUPERAntiSpyware and now also use Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. Neither free version offers realtime protection, but I don't mind this as I prefer to update and run the scans periodically myself. Also frees up resources not running resident.

Spyware Terminator running resident with your AntiVirus program will give your pc a fairly strong security basis.
