Where to download ice cream sandwich version 4.0.4 with no issues. Im gonna install it fo my galaxy note 1. May phone cant handle jelly bean properly.

It's not quite that simple. Did your note one receive a carrier update to 4.1 or did you try to add it yourself? 4.0 is actually no less taxing on hardware than 4.1.

Use the proper method to install it (Odin etc.).

I'm using 4.1.2 version right now but it made my phone processor slower so i wanna downgrade it back to ics again.

Its more than likely the additional bloatware Samsung installed through touch-whiz. I would suggest going to something like Cyanogenmod for a much smoother experience.
