advice for buying laptop

is hp-p251nx specs is good enough for gaming, web browsing, and watching videos like youtube im more on gaming, pls advice which laptop is good toshiba L50-B1103 or HP-p251nx???

Gaming laptops cost quite alot of money. The one you mentioned isnt 1080p so it may run a few games at 30-60 fps with integrated graphics but you wont have a satisfactory experience

You would be able to play most games at medium settings. But search for gaming laptops with the GTX970M or GTX980M GPU if you want the highest performance. Here's a couple of examples (without knowing your budget):
