After Adobe Dreamweaver inactivated Dell Laptop goes into Hibernating problem

* Took laptop to Best Buy Geek Squad person White Lake Michigan all ok, but when back at my brothers in Hibernating mode and cannot get out of it. Will go by Mesa AZ home Best Buy but what is going on? Can I just do something myself?

The post is a bit confusing, need to start at the beginning, what exaclty is this hibernating mode thing? Is it actually going into Hibernating mode or just something else and you are saying it's Hibernating? What is brand/model of the system, what is the exact issue. You turn on the computer, and what happens? Computer is running, then what happens?
