Solved! After i type any letter ingame on pc and anyware with this keyboard it just apears b or other letters on it

so just bought this keyboard new
no refund avaleble so every time i try to type something letters apear like b or somth else like f and backspase will not work becouse even the backspase presses b so idfk how to solve this problem but may ya pls help me

If you just bought it new, then the place of purchase may not do a refund, but they should do an exchange. If there is a flaw it needs to be resolved. Also, it should be under a warranty for a short while after purchase, through the manufacturer. If there is a flaw in the keyboard, you need to contact the maker.
