Airplane mode on and Wi-Fi off and laptop not responding to change settings

My Dell laptop went on airplane mode on its own I did not click anything. Now I cannot turn it off and I cannot turn on my Wi-

Go to settings, Network, and use network troubleshooter. SEE what that tells you.

It shows airplane mode on and won't let me change it to all and the Wi-Fi is off and will not let me switch on. I already turned my laptop on and off and it's still not responding
