alienware 14 wont post after restart unless leave off for a short while

have alienware 14 when restart it does not post it just sits there and beeps 1 beep every few seconds but if I leave it off say 30 min it starts up just fine until the next restart any ideas?
keep in mind once it boots up I can leave it on for weeks and it runs perfectly until I try to restart it.

Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may helps that may help.
- First is to do a hard reboot, remove the battery and unplug the AC adapter then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then observe if the same problem will persist or not.
- Next is to reseat the RAM's, turn the laptop completely off then remove the RAM's off for a second then put them back in making sure everything is seated properly.
- If all these will still not work I would also suggest opening the laptop and clean the dust off the fans and apply new thermal paste on the CPU and GPU.
- Lastly, do check for any BIOS update that might be available and test it again after.
