Alienware-51 m9750 bios help

does anyone have a copy of bios. i just put 2, 2gig ram sticks in it and it shows 4 gigs of ram in the bios but only says 2.5 gigs usable in bios so no matter what os i instaill 32 bit or 64 bit its only have 2.5 gigs of usable ram. i been told i need to reflash my bios. but of course i do not have access to my hive

i have sent them and dell 2 emails and they have never gotten back to me

got of the phone with alienware there responce was we do not have support for that model anymore or any bios they can give me they told me to take it tech or search online. i will never buy alienware again this is crap
