Don't know much at all about computers, I came home from army AT and laptop would not boot, not from last known good config, not in safe mode, not in anything. Extensive troubleshooting and googling led to hardrives gone kaputt. After removing them and trying to access them via a desktop computer, nothing showed and only option given was to reformat.

Replaced them with these two:
SSDD: Crucial MX300 275GB SATA 2.5" 7mm (with 9.5mm adapter) Internal SSD
HDD: Toshiba MQ02ABD100H 1TB 5400RPM 64MB SATA 6.0Gb/s Notebook Hard Drive

and threw these in while I was at it:
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900)

INFO ON THE LAPTOP

Looking for any help you can offer. Video playback is grainy, I tried to update drivers on the GeForce but keep getting told I need an intel driver first... If anyone knows where I can re-download the alienware specific software/drivers for the laptop that would be awesome too.

Thank you,
Ryan
