Alienware m15x "Theme"

]how do i change the pre-installed theme of alienware m15x? It makes my windows 7 look like windows xp and it doesn't match the color scheme of my wallpaper. Tried changing to Windows aero theme but it doesnt change how my toolbar looks link: "]http/imgur.com/a/sTTdA"

The answer was't there

Do as below:

1. Click the "Start" button on the taskbar.
2. Click the "Control Panel" shortcut.
3. Type "Personalization" into the search bar located on the left side of the window, then click the "Personalization" button that appears.
4. Click the theme you want to set the system to then click "Apply." This will enable the new theme.
