Alienware or Msi LAPTOPS

I am looking at the alienware 17 r4 and the msi gt72vr dominator. I really like the alienware though I hear it has worse cooling, worst support, and part problems. While I hear that msi is the opposite of these. The huge profile of the dominator I can get over as it will be on my desk all day and to play games. So any suggestions?

If good cooling is important to you, I would suggest you take a look at Sager over either brand. and on XoticPC. Sager is known for excellent cooling, and XoticPC is known for being helpful towards customers. If you still want one of the two brands you mentioned, then I would go MSI, and probably choose a larger laptop, at least 15.6" but preferably 17", for cooling.
