All games are lagging

I have recently installed windows 10 AGAIN . I have been playing games like Dishonored , Spec Ops, Assassins Creed etc and they all worked pretty well. Now after reinstalling windows all the games are lagging and I have tried almost everything .
Can you please help me?

My laptops specs are :
Windows 10 64 bit
i3 1.7 Ghz processor
4 Gb RAM
2 Gb Graphic card

Hi,

Please do a clean install of the graphics card driver you have.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the graphics card driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to the graphics card.
- Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
Nvidia: http/www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
AMD: http/support.amd.com/en-us/download
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed then test it again.

I have an intel integrated hd graphics so I dont think this is gonna work.

Yeah. I updated all the drivers yesterday and Windows is up to date.
