All games are low fps on ge72 6qf

Hello guys,
I have recently bought a ge72 6qf laptop. I7 6700hq gtx970m 16 gb ram.
I ran rust yesterday night and it ran very well. High settings and 60 fps. However when I ran it this morning, performance was horrible. I tried forcing game to use gtx970m but nothing changed also laptop is fully charged. What should I do?

Don't mind fully charged and plug it in,power profiles work differently when plugged in vs not plugged in.
