All my pictures/videos were in gallery when I switched phones. Not on my new phone or on my old phone anymore. Can I get them back

The old phone, did it have an SD card that the photos could have been saved to? If so, I would check that card. In the old phone if possible.

Also, if the old phone was synced to a google account, and the photos were in the account instead of the phone, then you would only have access to them through that same account. If you used a new one on the new phone, that would be why you can't access them. If that is what happened, then you just need to download the photos to a computer from the account, then connect the new phone to the computer via USB cord and copy them over to the phone.

If none of the above is what occurred, then when you stopped using the old phone you may well have deleted things. They won't move over to a new device without having copied them. You can try the following to see if you can recover them on the old phone, but there are no guarantees.

There are a few apps/programs out there that 'may' be able to help you recover the data.

A few of the programs you could try would be... DiskDigger, MobiSaver, Android-Recovery and Tenorshare. They are all data recovery apps/programs. There are many others out there, so check around and see which you would rather try. There is also one called RECUVA, that I have heard is free, which you could try.

One important note though, most of these programs are not free. They may say they are "free" or have "Free Trials" and "Free Downloads". Yet to actually recover your data, and get your files back, you may be have to purchase the program/app. Just so you know.

NOTE: For future reference, I really would suggest backing up your data to a computer or cloud. Often. Better to spend the time doing that, rather than to be out all that stuff if the phone dies, things get deleted/erased or it gets stolen.
