The 480m for example is less then 1/2 the performance rated at 46% of the power. I am not sure how you came up with your numbers but they are very very flawed. I am happy to help you narrow down a proper list of mobile GPUs with xbox one equivalent power if you like.

If making your list within 10% of the performance of the XB1. So 10% less then, equal to or greater than XB1...(so everything ≥ 1152 GFLOPS or 1.152TFLOPS makes the cut). So then the list looks more like this:

The mx150 actually falls short of 1152 GFLOPS at 1127 GFLOPS so it gets dropped as well.

Synthetic benchmarks are not really great numbers to use for this type of comparison. Honestly the comparison is hard in general as it can never be apples to apples. This is why I went with the bare metal compute power. It is the closest you can get to apples to apples considering the OS and slight uArch differences compared to off the shelf PC parts and PC OS. Point being the list I put together is far more accurate in actually considering the compute power of each mobile GPU.
