3 months ago tried to access DeepWeb to explore it , i didnt know its dangerous , weird ,etc
so i downloaded and instaled tor browser ( i didnt have any antivirus in that time ) but once i installed it , i asked my self why the call it black web there is must be a reason so i searched for it in google chrome and i read what i didnt want to know so i closed tor browser ( i didnt access any sites on it i just left it open , i think it stuck at connecting to server but i cant remember if it kept stucking or opened homepage ) any way i didnt access anything i didnt type even a letter i closed every thing from process manager and uninstalled it , am i in risk cuz i need every single file in my pc and iam not read to delete my entire childhood so i reinstaled windows and instaled Norton internet secuirty and contacted their support and told them what happened they told me that they will remote access my computer and run scans and they did . then they told me that they removed every risk and iam secure. now i decided to block any outgoing traffic for life time :(

Solution
Short version: You're fine.
Long version: Despite what TV tries to convince us of, there's a difference between the "Deep Web" and the "Dark Web" and the former doesn't necessarily mean that you're doing anything bad or unsafe - just unlisted.

Here's a bit of a clarification for you:
