Am in Ghana. My multi tv is now black and white,how do I change it back to coloured?

I really dont know what happened. I turned it on one morning and it was black and white. I cant change the setting because it has a password

What TV do you have? How are you connecting an input? Component? HDMI?
If component, are cables loose in any way?

It could be your saturation is just way too low, and can be adjusted in the settings menu.
If it's this - you'll need the password.
