They will most likely scan the file and make sure it is a true mp3 file...Plus a 700 meg mp3 just does not look right.

With data caps on phones this service will not be in demand. I don't particularly see any other reason to have a mp3 cloud.

Why do I want or need a cloud storage facility? If I want to share stuff I'll do it via other means. I don't really relish the thought of these mega corps having access to even more data.
