What I'd really love to see is a comparison of the Amazon Echo Show 15 and the digital photo frames (Meural Wifi, Aura Mason and Carver, Dragon Touch, Nixplay, and PhotoSpring). Thanks, tom's guide!

I used to love my Echo Show 15 connected to my Recast. I could stream live TV from my Recast to my Echo Show 15 by simply asking to "watch NBC or tune to CBS"

THEN Amazon released the Fire TV Echo Show update which TERMINATED this ability.

I can no longer see my Recast as a TV source on the Echo Show nor will it stream Recast live channels to the Echo.

THIS USED TO WORK FLAWLESSLY - as someone in software I'm frankly shocked. Why would you knowingly take away functionality.

I have tried to work with Amazon support now multiple times to fix this and the only response I ever get is that the Echo Show is "working as intended" following the Fire TV software release.

If you have a Recast and an Echo Show DO NOT update to the new release.
