Bought one for our elderly parents to upgrade from the standard "echo ball" and give them the ability to do video calls with relatives.
While the display and sound are quite impressive , the Silk browser is underwhelming, video calling is a joke as only the Amazon platform is supported ... no Skype or Zoom support (as was advertised), no FB Messenger ...
Returning for refund.
