Amazon prime not streaming on SAMSON 65 UHD SMART LED TV 65NU7100

Amazon prime video App doesn't play any video on my new Samsung TV series 7 (65). Please help.

There is a possibility that the memory cache on your television is full, in order to clear the cache, unplug your TV for 30 seconds then plug it back in and hold the power button for 20 seconds. I hope this can help you.
