AMD graphics card not working

i got a dell 5521R laptop with amd 7670m graphics card. i gave the laptop to somebody to open it up and clean it. ever since then my graphics card is not working and not even showing up in the device manager. I tried to give it to somebody else to repair it but even they couldnt find the cause of the problem

Hi,

When it was first opened that might have damaged the graphics card and the only solution would be to replace it. 🙁 I would suggest taking it back to the store where you first took it to clean the laptop, should be covered by their warranty. Do asked them to make sure that everything is seated properly and a new thermal paste is applied on the GPU.
