Please do try doing a clean install of the graphics card driver that may help.
- In Device Manager do check if AMD graphics driver is listed or not, if it is do uninstall it.
- Check Programs and Features and uninstall anything related to AMD graphics.
- Next is to download and install the latest graphics driver from AMD support site.

- Once installed reboot your PC.
If these will not work and AMD graphics card driver will not show in Device Manager still you may need to do a factory reset and lastly if it will not solve the problem do contact HP for a repair if it's still under the factory warranty.
