Hello,

I have DELL Inspiron 15R-n5110

It has 2 Graphic cards: Intel HD Graphics 3000 and AMD Radeon HD 6400M

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2330M CPU @ 2.20 GHz

6.00 GB RAM

Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64 bit

I just re-installed everything as my Windows Experience Index was only 3,4 and I wanted to boost it (I had problems with AMD Radeon drivers before)

So when I re-install drivers - it says everything is ok etc. (screen below)

But when I restart my computer - it gives "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (code 43)" error (screen below)

My Windows Experience Index is 5.6 now and everything works kinda nicely http://i.imgur.com/Ewn3Ct7.png

CCC shows that everything is ok http://i.imgur.com/hAfcmbh.png

I have Microsoft Framework 4.5 installed, as well Direct X 11

I just have no idea why on startup my PC can't start AMD Graphic drivers properly

I tried Microsoft programs that fixes problems for you and re-installs the drivers - it didn't worked

I tried once more to uninstall everything, I prevented auto installations with "gpedit.msc" method, then I installed AMD Graphics 6400M first and restarted PC - everything seemed to be OK. Then I installed Intel HD Graphics 3000 and then I got this message - http://i.imgur.com/8Okmdmj.png

So I get similar problems all the time when I try to install both AMD Radeon Graphics and Intel HD Graphics 3000 drivers - I just don't know how to make them both to work together.v

Anyone have any ideas what to do ?

BTW all drivers I downloaded from DELL "Drivers and Downloads" section using my service tag. Maybe it has something to do with registry keys ?

When I uninstall drivers - I go through the Device manager and when i uninstall them, I choose to delete all settings to, to completely wipe drivers out of PC and then try to re-install. Nothing works - it still gives me Code 43 error
