Analyzing Slow Laptop

I my laptop is slow in some games, i know its not a gaming laptop but in some games it's not normal running so slow.
For exemple Bioshock (the first one) i can't get 20fps in max setting.
I have an i7-3610QM, Nvidea gt630M 2gb ddr3 and 8gb of ram.
I like to know if there is a software to analize (benchmark) your pc and based in your system config. tells you if it's slower than should be???

Dont use max settings in games, lower them, if you want better performance.

I know i alredy did that but it's not normal for games like that be so slow.
There is any software like like i mentioned.

It is normal when you are using an under powered laptop to game on. The 630 discrete card is barely enough to game on in low, let alone a 630m which is even less powerful than the discrete card.
