Android cannot detect any wifi

My android htc desire 626G+ connect detect any wifi while other phones can detect every wifi .
I have already tried rebooting my phone and factory hard reset .
Android version 4.4.2

If the phone is not connecting to or detecting any WiFi at all, then there is probably a hardware issue. Then you would need to have the phone looked at by the manufacturer if under warranty still, or a local tech if not.
