I have a Huawei Honor 3c (2gb ram quad core) Games like fruit ninja and minion rush runs at 28-36 fps while nfs mostwanted and dark night rises works fine.I got free memory and apart from gaming phone works smooth. (sorry for bad English)

You could try downloading any updates the apps have and see if that can lead to better performance. Otherwise it's due to your phone's hardware and nothing can remove the lag from your games.
