android.process.acore stop unexpectedly

I having a problem On my new micromax A25 , I can't save any contacts .. it is showing android.process.acore stop unexpectedly whenever I am saving any contact.

When I resettled it to factory settings , it worked but when I restored my backup its there again 🙁

Turn off Facebook contacts sync or something like that and you might now have that problem. And report back.

Same problem .. only whatsapp and gmail is synced .. background data is enabled and auto synch is off.

Don't sync the contacts with any online apps automatically. It should be manual.

I have auto sync off but If I remove a/c as whatsapp it will delete all the conversation and all data.

No need to remove your account just make sure the contacts are not synced. Also try to update the firmware.
