Android tablet stuck on andoid animation

Hellow my tablet stuck on android animation and i can't go to bootloader how to fix it plssss... my tablet is china made help me plss

Ohhh no. Your tablets on a boot cycle. What tablet do you have, (model)? Have you been playing with ROMS? Do you have a custom recovery? You you know anything about adb?

Sorry if any of those sound patronizing. Its just be seeing where your at and saving a bit of time

Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons for a few seconds, it should take you to the boot menu.
