Android : What to know any one Tracking me

Guys,

I want to know any one Hacking my phone data, after reading NSA document am little scared.. I was searching in XDA and other place - I found app called Who is Tracking, I want to know any one tried the application ?

I'd say any app like that is more likely to be tracking you than the NSA (at least specifically; you're in there generally no matter what).

Best way is to install an up-to-date open source ROM like CyanogenMod.
