The blue icon with two white arrows. What program are they associated with? They are on top of all my PDF files in my downloads file.

Would help if you posted a picture. If it's part of the icon it may be a sync icon from a backup service or something similar.

Thank you. Problem solved. If anyone is following the overlay feature is Norton 360 control panel settings.
I wanted to upload a picture but I couldn't figure out how. Please don't laugh.

Don't worry. Most people don't know that Tom's doesn't host images from users. If you still want to post the images, please use a third party hosting site like imgur.com and the post the link to the image here.
