Antenna reception problems

Why I can't get wven-dt on my hd antenna thats is supposed to cover 60 miles

That 60 mile range is probably under perfect conditions that rarely exist.
If the antenna is directional you may need to reorient it and run another channel scan.
The higher the antenna the better too. Try a different antenna. A powered one if yours isn't. There are some reviews on this site that might help.
