antivirus warning eveytime

Hi guys im running a DC7700 DESKTOP windows 7 32 bit every time i connect to the net i get a virus warning and prompted to phone the support line .Ive done a full scan and nothing found.The warning is not from my AVG but a random one any ideas please?

Did you do a full scan in safe mode with networking? This would most likely remove the virus.

just tried this a message says mode not supported when i coonect to the net now im getting a windows 7 re-image message
