Question Any app other than Google Photos able to play streaming video from Google Photos

Hi,

I suppose there's a few questions in this :

• Does Google Photos allow streaming video? Yes - through their own app.
  • What about through any other app? I dont know.
    
• Does Google Photos allow links to their videos? Yes - they have the option to share a video via a link
  (eg. https://photos.app. goo.gl/ekd5x7zz76t....)
  • Does this hypothetical link restrict streaming playback to only the Google Photos site or Google Photos app? AFAIK.
  • Can another app play a Google Photos streaming video? I dont know.

It's the unknown that's bothering me.
