any dvd authering progs actualy utilize graphics card power

I was wondering cause I have 2x 7850's in crossfire and even though I have video excelartion checked its not being used when I make dvd's according to gpu-z. so I was wondering is there a good dvd and or bluray authoring app, that uses the graphics card power as well as the cpu? if so are there any free ones? if not that's ok but would be nice
