Any hidden taxes?

Hi. I was planning on buying from amazon but then i got told that I need to pay more?
It ships from U.S to my location (Denmark)
I got told that i need to pay extra VAT for my items since its from US? ¨
Can anyone help me out with this please?

Yeah. But it says it cant do that on amazon cause my adress, but at checkout i dont have problems. it cant calculate the VAT

You'd need to check the law in Denmark. I don't think Amazon is required to charge(add) taxes, but you would still be responsible for them.

So like you knoq when you order from china or like wish? if you over a certen amount of money. Then it gets stopped. and it can charge you very much money. Does that happen with amazon?
